C.B.T is a highly effective form of psychotherapy that will help you overcome dysfunctional thinking and change your long standing issues, emotional reactions, behaviours and self defeating habits. It is a focused problem solving therapy that is goal orientated, while also teaching you skills so that you can become your own therapist.

Due to my great success rate at C.B.T and other therapies, I have had many referrals from G.PS and other medical practitioners, treating issues such as depression, low self esteem, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, and panic attacks.  C.B.T is very effective is at identifying and overcoming irrational or excessive thinking that is self sabotaging and limiting.

When our thinking becomes obsessive or over active we can worry unnecessarily about issues that are outside of our control, or procrastinate because of fears such as fear of too much success or failure due to low self esteem.

We can over analyse and obsess in a destructive manner  getting caught up in,  or finding it to difficult to,  let go of emotional  sensations and reactions,  and some of the results are a feeling  of being out of control,  and unnecessary judgment and criticism of ourselves or others.

Most people at some stage of their lives find it difficult to resolve issues that are arising on a day to day basis and feel too ashamed or embarrassed to seek help, believing that they don’t need help. Why wait until it becomes a major issue before you ask for help?
