Hypnosis

All hypnosis is actually self hypnosis

It is a deep state of relaxation with a heightened state of awareness, and when hypnotized you allow the conscious mind to relax, so that the subconscious mind can go back into the past and recall the repressed information that is required during the session to facilitate positive and constructive change.

Whatever you have experienced in your past will affect who you are right now, and how you think, feel and behave. Unpleasant experiences at a young age will leave negative memories hidden in your subconscious. These memories frequently cause you to think, feel and behave in ways that you do not want, but seem powerless to change.

Hypnosis can help you access these concealed memories, and help you to peel back all the layers of negative thinking placing everything into perspective, enabling you to adopt a positive mental attitude, because when issues and limiting beliefs (which we all have because of our conditioning) are brought to your awareness, change will occur when you take action.

The outcome is a resolution to your problems and a release of old negative emotions, behavioural, or any physical symptoms.

The therapist can also prompt positive specific suggestions through Suggestion Therapy making change possible in a permanent way. Any suggestions made must be accepted by the client to become effective.
